Format and logistics
The workshop is designed for about two hours of guided facilitation, with room to extend toward three hours when conversation deepens. A short break is included to support energy and presence.
Structured around a clear arc while allowing spaciousness for dialogue, the workshop remains responsive to the needs of your team. It can be held in person or online, shaped around what works best for your team. The format supports reflection, attunement, and belonging.
Your organization hosts the space; I bring the facilitation, materials, and a simple framework.
Solidarity offering
This workshop is an investment of time, care, and facilitation offered in solidarity with organizations advancing justice and community wellbeing. While comparable sessions often carry a $1,500–$2,000 price point, I make it available at no cost to aligned groups as a way of supporting the resilience of those carrying this responsibility.
Participant reflections
"I was so impressed by Heather's leadership of this group! She led a very meaningful discussion and created space for every person in the group to share their lived experience. The use of prompts allowed the group to dive into our feelings and explore how we can identify processes that do not serve us in activism and tend our flame so that we can show up BETTER every day instead of burnt out! Heather has a gift for using active listening, reflection and open ended questions to help folks feel heard and to start exploring what is happening inside their hearts and minds. Thank you for all that you do, Heather! You truly have a gift for helping others!"
